Please have flashlights, batteries, and any necessary supplies ready for your use. </span> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <strong> Elevators: </strong> <span> <span> The elevators and emergency lights are the only items connected to the property's emergency generator; however, extended outages may impact generator operation. </span> </span> <strong> Be prepared to use the stairs if necessary. </strong> <span> <span> Fun fact - there are about 700 stairs from ground to top floor. Can you walk those (and back up) carrying limited mobility people / young kids / luggage? </span> </span> <span> <span> </span> </span> <strong> The elevators will also not go below 3 </strong> ^{<strong> rd </strong>} <strong> floor starting Friday evening. </strong> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <strong> Amenities &amp; Boardwalk: </strong> <span> <span> All amenities and the boardwalk will close when conditions become unsafe. Closure timing will depend on wind speed and storm conditions. </span> </span> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <strong> Emergency Services: </strong> <span> <span> During severe weather, local emergency resources may be extremely limited. EMT, Police, and Fire personnel may be responding to multiple emergencies throughout the area, and response times may be significantly longer than normal.
